Personal Training

This one-on-one training session focuses on your individual needs. Our personal trainers provide a body composition analysis to help understand your body’s inner health and work with your goals in mind to design a personalized workout routine, nutrition consultation and detox program.

Cycling

Tour De Cycle: Get your heart pumping and build some leg muscle during this spin class themed after the Tour de France. Cycle up the virtual hills and mountains of France with a little friendly competition and encouragement from other riders.

Ryde Indoor Cycling & Group Cycle Connect: This indoor cycling class integrates technology to track your intensity and enhance your future workout results. The combination of modern and old school music fuels the atmosphere for an upbeat, high-energy workout.

Training

Boot Camp: Perspiration guaranteed! Boot camp is a spirit-soaring, endorphin-releasing reason to get out of bed. You will also receive a complimentary Metabolism Test.

HIIT45: Maximum results in minimal time. HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a full body, circuit-based, fat-burning workout through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps the heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

TRX® Suspension Training: Tightens your core and enables you to perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and prevent injuries — all at the intensity you choose.

Yoga/Pilates

Pure Form Yoga: Excellent for increasing levels of balance, concentration and focus, this class will benefit the beginner and the experienced yogi.

Pure Form Pilates: This exercise uses a Pilates ring, foam-core roller, and weighted balls for various movements as established and recommended by Joseph Pilates.

Stretch & Release: Loosen up tight muscles and relieve common aches and pains with a stretch routine focusing on the major muscle groups for effective recovery.

Morning/Evening Stretch: A sequence of awakening and restorative stretching movements which are tailored to your needs.

Total Body

Row Club: Get a high-intensity sweat and total body results with this low-intensity workout. Hit every part of the body for head-to-toe toning in just one session.

Abs Class: This mat-based class focuses on developing core strength using body weight as resistance for more defined abs.

Total Body Conditioning: A blood-pumping, endorphin-releasing reason to get out of bed. The program consists of four specifically designed workouts to challenge the mind, body and resolve of every individual who takes the challenge.

Body Composition Analysis

InBody Composition Analysis: Know yourself with InBody, the most comprehensive muscle and fat diagnosis available. This analysis will provide standard outputs like body fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, total body water and other vital measurements. Ask the reception desk on board about our personal training services which include a body composition analysis, personalized fitness routines, nutritional consultations and detox programs to help you achieve your goals.
