BEST PRICE GUARANTEE: Book with confidence! If a price reduction for your booked sailing becomes available before the final payment date, you can take advantage of the new promotions and booking conditions at that time. If your reservation is after the final payment date, fully paid and more than 14 days prior to sailing, you may choose between a complimentary upgrade equivalent to the price difference (subject to availability) or a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) that can be applied to a future sailing (If applicable), as long as all original promotions associated with your booking are still available. Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions
These Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply exclusively to eligible bookings and offer criteria. The following conditions must be met for a reservation to qualify for consideration:
Eligibility
- Sailing Duration: Only sailings of six (6) days or longer are eligible. Sailings shorter than six days do not qualify for price drop consideration.
- Within Final Payment Period: Reservations that are within the final payment period (before 90 days prior to sailing) may see a reduction in voyage fare or airfare (if applicable).
- After Final Payment Period: Reservations that are after the final payment period and more than 14 days prior to sailing may choose between a between a complimentary upgrade equivalent to the price difference (subject to availability) or a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) that can be applied to a future sailing (If applicable), as long as all original promotions associated with the booking are available and the reservation is fully paid. Reservations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to sailing will not qualify.
- Reservation Promotions: All promotions associated with the booked reservation must match those currently available for the newly shopped reservation. Reservations using promotional codes (DISC30, DISC35, DISC40, & DISC50) will be treated as the same promotion and will qualify for price drop consideration.
- Non-Eligibility for Special Agency Offers: Reservations that have active special agency offers or use promotional codes like 34FREE or 99CHO (unless the promotion is still available) are not eligible for consideration.
- Reservation Consistency: If the only changes are promotional differences (e.g., a single rate promotion becomes available after final payment) or the removal of On Board Credit (OBC), the request will not qualify as a price drop.
Fare Comparison Criteria
- Fare Comparison for Airfare: If the reservation includes airfare, the reduction must apply to the combined voyage fare and airfare. Guests or travel partners requesting a price drop courtesy within the final payment period may be eligible for a complimentary upgrade if the paid amount exceeds the current pricing for a higher stateroom category.
- NCL Air Reservations: NCL Air reservations will be compared to airfare pricing at the time of the price drop request. If this information is unavailable, the original non-promotional airfare rate at the time of booking will be used.
- Price Drop Coupon Requests: Once a price drop request is submitted, guests will be informed of their eligibility within seven (7) business days. The price drop amount will reflect the reservation pricing at the time of the request, and any difference may result in Future Cruise Credit (FCC) being issued at 100% of the price difference.
Future Cruise Credit (FCC) Details
- FCC Applicability: FCC issued under these Terms is only valid for sailings of six (6) days or longer. It is non-transferable and non-refundable. The FCC will be issued to only the primary and secondary guests on the reservation. Only one (1) FCC per qualified reservation will be issued.
- FCC Coupon Terms: FCC coupons will be designated as PD-FCC. These credits are valid for two years from the end of the voyage to which the price drop relates. Guests with a one-year FCC may request a one-year extension. Any cancellation prior to sailing will deactivate the PD-FCC.
- Use of FCC: FCC is applicable only to new reservations and cannot be applied to the reservation to which the price drop relates. No complimentary upgrades to suites or Haven accommodation will be granted unless guests are already booked in those categories.
- Limitation: PD-FCC is non-transferable and non-refundable. PD-FCC is not eligible for further extensions after the 2 years.
Complimentary Upgrade Details
- Eligibility: a complimentary upgrade may be offered if the paid amount exceeds current pricing for a higher stateroom category and if all other terms and conditions are met.
- No complimentary upgrades to suites or Haven accommodation will be granted unless guests are already booked in those categories.
Final Decisions
All Best Price Guarantee claims and FCC issuances are subject to review and approval. Guests should not speculate on the value of the FCC, and no complimentary upgrades or additional incentives will be provided beyond the terms listed here.
Group Reservations or Partner Net Rate promotions are not eligible for the Best Price Guaranteed Programme.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Norwegian Cruise Line reserves the right to charge a fuel supplement without prior notice should the closing price of West Texas Intermediate Fuel increase above $65.00 USD per barrel on the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index). In the event a fuel supplement is charged, Norwegian Cruise Line will have sole discretion to apply the supplementary charge to both existing and new bookings, regardless of whether such bookings have been paid in full. Such supplementary charges are not included in the cruise fare. The fuel supplement charge will not exceed $10.00 USD per passenger per day.
