Additional Compensation for Suspended Voyages


As a gesture of our appreciation for continued loyalty, along with the 100% monetary refund or return of the applied FCC, guests with affected reservations on suspended sailings announced January 5, 2022 may receive a 10% discount off their next future cruise with us (if they have not received one in a previous suspension). If applicable, this 10% off discount will be added to the guest's Latitudes account within 48 hours of suspension announcement.

Special notes regarding the applicability of the 10% discount:

  • If a previously issued 10% discount coupon currently exists on the Latitudes account as active and unused, a second discount coupon will not be issued.
  • If a previously issued 10% discount coupon was applied to this now suspended sailing, the coupon will be re-applied to the Latitudes account (a second discount will not be issued).

This valuable 10% Discount coupon is:

  • Combinable with all current promotions at time of booking
  • Valid From January 7, 2022 - January 7, 2023 and applicable to published sailings through May 31, 2023.
  • Calculated based on the new sailing it is applied to, not the suspended sailing cruise fare.
    • The discount is calculated once ship, sail date, category, and cabin selection are made on the new booking.
    • There are no restrictions on the ship or category chosen.
    • The discount FCC is not transferable.
  • **Due to the immediate impact on the Norwegian Getaway January 5, 2022 sailing, guests with impacted reservations on this sailing may receive a 20% discount coupon pending the aforementioned coupon criteria are met.

This discount FCC will be added to guests' Latitudes accounts on January 11, 2022.
