What is More At Sea™?

At Norwegian, we believe our guests deserve MORE. That's why we've enhanced our current included package, Free At Sea. It not only has a new name, More At Sea™, but now includes even more inclusions in beverage, more dining nights* and high-speed Wi-Fi powered by Starlink.
*Dining nights vary based on booked category and sail length.

Who is eligible for More At Sea™?

Any reservation created on or after October 1, 2024 for a 3+ day sailing January 1, 2025 and beyond is eligible.

When can I select More At Sea™?

More At Sea™ can be added during the promotion selection portion of the booking process. The promotion must be selected at least 24 hours prior to sailing and cannot be changed onboard.

MORE AT SEA™ BEVERAGE PACKAGE

Who does the More At Sea™ Beverage Package apply to in the stateroom?

All guests 21 years and older booked in the same stateroom will receive the More At Sea™ Beverage Package.

Are there any limitations on the amount of alcoholic drinks that can be ordered with the More At Sea™ Beverage Package?

There is no limit to the amount of drinks consumed under the promotion; however, guests who choose to consume alcohol must do so responsibly. The ship's staff may refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any guest who does not consume alcohol responsibly.

Will Haven guests have to pay for beverages not included in the More At Sea™ Beverage Package?

Yes, all guests will be charged for beverages not included in the More At Sea™ Beverage Package. Any guests with More At Sea™ will receive $15 off the retail value of drinks in the Connoisseur Collection.

What is the Connoisseur Collection?

The Connoisseur Collection consists of beverages that are not included in the More At Sea™ Beverage Package. Any guests with More At Sea™ will receive $15 off the retail value of drinks in the Connoisseur Collection.

Do I have to pay a corkage fee if I have More At Sea™?

Guests who have the beverage package as part of the More At Sea™ promotion, will not be charged a corkage fee if the guest brings a bottle(s) of wine onboard.

If I didn’t take advantage of More At Sea™ Beverage Package at the time of booking, can I purchase it onboard?

The More At Sea™ Beverage Package will be sold on the first two days of the cruise for $89/per person/per day + taxes and fees. Also, guests who do not want to purchase a package can purchase drinks at prevailing rates + taxes and fees.

SPECIALTY DINING

What happens to any additional dining nights I purchased?

Additional dining night packages will no longer be offered for purchase, however any previously purchased dining nights will be honoured onboard. Guests who would like to dine at specialty restaurants beyond the number of dining nights included with the More at Sea™ or guests who are not taking advantage of More At Sea™ can eat at specialty restaurants by paying the cover charge at the respective restaurants.

How can I make dining reservations?

You can make reservations via MyNCL, NCL's mobile app, by calling our reservations department at 800-327-7030, or once onboard. Reservations are subject to availability. https://www.ncl.com/faq#!#when-can-i-pre-book-dining

If I have More At Sea™ do I need to use one of my specialty dining nights for the Haven restaurant?

No, the Haven restaurant is complimentary for all guests staying in a Haven cabin.

  • Guests staying in our suite accommodations with complimentary breakfast/lunch in a specialty restaurant do not need to use one of their specialty dining nights for this amenity.
  • Guests who are invited to join dinner at the Haven restaurant do not need to use one of their specialty dining nights but are subject to the dining cost.
What happens if the second guest in my reservation is a child?

Children under the age of 18, who are the second guest in the reservation, will not be charged for the dining package.

What is the cost for guests under the age of 18 in specialty restaurants?

Guests under the age of 18 can enjoy the kid's menu complimentary. If a guest under the age of 18 would prefer to order from the specialty menu, they would pay the cover charge.

If I don’t have More At Sea™ or if I would like to eat at more specialty restaurants than what is included in my package, what is the cost?

All specialty restaurants will have a cover charge. Cover charges are as follows:
Steak, Teppanyaki / Hasuki, French, and Seafood have a $60 cover charge.
Brazil, Asian, Food Republic, and Sushi have a $50 cover charge.
Italian, BBQ, Pincho, and Mexican have a $40 cover charge.

Wi-Fi PACKAGE

Are the expanded Wi-Fi login minutes per person or shared minutes among the multiple logins?

The Wi-Fi minutes are per person, for every guest in the stateroom.

What other Wi-Fi packages will be offered?

Voyage Wi-Fi Pass (1.5MBPS) for $29.99 per stateroom per day.
Streaming Voyage Wi-Fi Pass (5 MBPS) for $39.99 per stateroom per day.
Only when Wi-Fi is upgraded to one of the aforementioned packages, extra devices are $5 per device per day, available for purchase once onboard.

3rd and 4th GUESTS FREE

How do 3rd and 4th guests sail at a reduced rate?

Guests 3 and 4 sailing in the same stateroom (as Guests 1 & 2) sail free or for $99 on select sail dates. For applicable dates and see full terms & conditions

With the addition of More At Sea™, will the group offerings be revamped?

The Free At Sea offerings will be replaced with More At Sea™, but the structure of the group program will remain unchanged.

With the addition of More At Sea™, will there be any changes to the offerings at Great Stirrup Cay?

The offerings available at Great Stirrup Cay will remain unchanged. 

With the addition of More At Sea™, will the Latitudes® offerings be revamped?

The Free At Sea offerings will be replaced with More At Sea™, but the structure of the Latitude program will remain unchanged.

Are any other promotions or amenities impacted by the addition of More At Sea™?

The Premium Plus Beverage Package and Free At Sea Plus will be sunsetting with the addition of More At Sea™. All previously upgraded beverage packages will be removed and the original form of payment will be refunded. The enhanced More at Sea™ beverage package includes more beverage brands across all categories and because we want our guests to experience MORE, all guests sailing in 2025 and beyond, regardless of whether they have Free At Sea or More at Sea™ will be able to take advantage of the enhanced beverage offerings at no additional cost!

With Free At Sea Plus being discontinued, will Starbucks or bottled water be included in the More At Sea™ Beverage Package? If not, will there be separate packages for Starbucks?

Starbucks and bottled water will not be included in the More At Sea™ Beverage Package, but we will continue to offer separate Starbucks and bottled water packages for purchase.

What happens if I am sailing prior to January 1, 2025, but made my reservation after October 1, 2024?

What happens if I am sailing January 1, 2025 or beyond, but made my reservation prior to October 1, 2024 and would like to take advantage of More At Sea™?

Guests who are sailing January 1, 2025 or beyond, booked prior to October 1, 2024, are more than 120 days prior to sailing, and would like to take advantage of More At Sea™ can re-price their reservation, taking advantage of prevailing rates and prevailing promotions.

What happens if I made my reservation prior to October 1, 2024 and then my reservation is re-priced due to a new offer or lower price afterwards or if I pay to upgrade my stateroom afterwards?

Guests who re-price their reservation or upgrade their stateroom after October 1, 2024 for a sailing January 1, 2025 or beyond will be subject to the new amenities and terms and conditions of More At Sea™.

What happens if I am sailing January 1, 2025 or beyond, but made my reservation before October 1, 2024 and my stateroom is upgraded via the upgrade advantage program afterwards?
