At Kasselshoop cheese shop, you will taste a selection of cheeses made with rich, creamy milk that local small-herd farms supply. The Jersey milk cows are raised exclusively on pasture land and only eat hay and minerals as supplements. You will likely notice the difference in quality when sampling cheeses such as cheddars and goudas. They will be thoughtfully paired with locally produced craft beers that complement the tastes.
