The aging process is particularly intriguing as it imparts each type of rum with unique characteristics. A sampling will reveal even more, as you may sip rums aged anywhere between 8 and 21 years. A traditional Jamaican lunch will also be served with the option of dining indoors or outdoors. Limited-edition rums may be available in the gift shop.
