Navigate the legendary Strait of Magellan on a two-person sea kayak. Transfer by motor coach approximately 17 miles south to the Agua Fresca Bay area. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a short briefing on how to use your double kayak, how to paddle in tandem, along with safety instructions and a semi dry suit.


During this adventurous ride you’ll experience direct contact with nature and water, navigate among local birds such as seagulls or ducks and you may even be joined by the friendly austral dolphins that seasonally migrate here. After approximately 1 hour of kayaking, refreshments will be served and you’ll have a chance to change into your dry clothes before you return to the pier.


Need to Know:

Note: Participants must be 12 years or older and know how to swim. The width of the kayak cockpit is only 17.5 inches (45 cm) wide, please take this into consideration. Tour is not suitable for guests with any physical limitations. Waiver must be signed and medical conditions disclosed.


A life vest is provided, along with a two-piece semi dry suit. Weather in Punta Arenas is unpredictable; we suggest you dress comfortably and warmly. Bring a warm hat, sun protection, and a change of clothes in case you get wet. Tour is subject to weather and sea conditions. In the event of strong winds or high waves, navigation will be reduced in time and distance.
