The highlight of the tour is the Mofongo and Mojito experience where our chef will guide you into assembling your own local dish. You can’t come to Puerto Rico and not try the Mofongo (a mashed mound of plantains or cassava into which a combination of meat or vegetables is added) at a local restaurant that has a unique colonial atmosphere where you can appreciate the Latin flavors. The staff welcomes you with Puerto Rican hors d’oeuvres and a renowned chef
