OVERVIEW
Enjoy the natural beauty of Cap Cana in two vastly different areas: at an underground cenote or lagoon, and at one of Hispaniola’s most beautiful beaches. You will find the Las Ondas cenote at Scape Park at Cap Cana, an eco-theme park with phenomenal natural attractions. To reach the cenote, you will follow a guide down a jungle trail and then descend a staircase at the mouth of a cave where Taino Indians once held rituals. The water in the adjoining cenote is extraordinarily blue and illuminated for effect, making the experience of swimming there all the more exhilarating. Afterwards, you will drive to nearby Juanillo Beach, a typically secluded stretch of sugar-white sand. Here, you may enjoy watersports, take a refreshing swim or just relax in the shade of a palm tree and admire the gorgeous scenery. There is also a bar and restaurant right on the beach and souvenir shops that you may browse.

HELPFUL HINTS
• Dress in weather-appropriate clothing.
• Wear a swimsuit under a cover-up and bring a towel.
• Wear flat comfortable walking shoes with non-slip soles.

Note: This tour includes about 1½ hours of moderate to strenuous walking and standing, plus additional walking at the guests’ discretion at the beach. There will be gravel, uneven surfaces, rocks, sand, inclines and stairs. The ground might be slippery, muddy and. The tour is not available to wheelchair guests or those with any mobility concerns. Participants should be in good physical condition. Those participating in water activities do so at their own risk and responsibility. All guests must sign a waiver.
