What is the process for cancelling?
For those cancelling under the Peace of Mind policy, the FCC will be applied to the guests' profile in 7 working days. Bookings that are cancelled before the final payment is due, will receive an FCC for the deposit value and any payment made to Norwegian Cruise Line in excess of this will be returned to the same payment method in line with our normal refund terms.
