Why don't I see my Latitudes Rewards information on MyNCL when I am a Latitudes Rewards member?
You may not see your Latitudes Rewards information because your log in is associated with a different Latitudes Rewards number/account.
To resolve this: Log in or register through My NCL and go to “Latitudes Rewards’ tab. Click on the ‘Need to merge multiple accounts’ link on the ‘Cruise History’ tab and submit the information requested. All enquiries will be addressed in the order they were received.
