What is the cancellation policy on tours, and where do I cancel?


You may modify or cancel excursions up to 48 hours prior to arrival in port without penalty. Any exceptions are noted in the tour descriptions. You may cancel an excursion by writing “Cancel” on the tickets and return them to the Shore Excursion Desk or Drop Box 48 hours prior to arrival in to port.
